OUR STORE POLICIES

 At Groovy Mama, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. - All returns must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery for full return at the expense of the customer

- All online returns or cancellations are subject to a $3 processing fee to cover processing costs that will be subtracted from the return value

- In store returns: 10 days from purchase with original receipt for full refund, 21 days for store credit

- City Deliveries: We the owners do all our own deliveries ourselves to ensure accuracy. Small items will be left in mailbox. Bags will be strategically placed out of view on decks and large orders over $200 will only be left if someone is home. After two attempts to deliver large items without success they will be available for pick up. In the event of theft or missing packages, the responsibility will be up to the homeowner once a delivery notification is sent.

- All major brands are subject to their own warranty and must be contacted through the brands themselves. This includes but is not limited to Ergo, Padraig, AMP, Klean Kanteen, & Mother-ease.

- Please read all packaging information before using any product to ensure proper use, safety, ingredient lists and inspect all teethers, nipples and soothers before every use.

Products That Are FINAL SALE

- All Bath and Body including Lotions, Washes, Salves, Bath Salts, etc

- Edibles including Tinctures, Teas, Cookies, Food products, etc

- Hygiene Items including Underwear, Menstrual Products

- Breast Pumps and all Pump Parts/Accessories

- All Cloth Diapers and Swim Diapers

*Returns must include original packaging and be in saleable condition
